Check In Time

As of January 1, 2006 your new check in time is 4:00 p.m. CST

This will allow our housekeeping and maintenance staff to thoroughly inspect all units to assure cleanliness and all maintenance issues are complete prior to your check in.

As in the past, we will be more than happy to check you in early if your unit is ready before 4:00 p.m.  But we cannot guarantee anything before this time.

Front Desk Hours

The Front Desk hours are:

7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Saturday

7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Sunday - Friday

Age Requirements

The check in age limit is 25 years of age.  when checking in, someone in the party must be 25 and staying in the unit for the entire duration of the reservation or the guest will not be allowed to stay.

There are no exceptions to this rule.

Parking

Only one (1) parking pass is issued per unit for parking in the main parking lots.  Trailers, boats, and motor homes are not allowed to park in either parking lot.  Failure to park accordingly will result in the vehicle being towed at the owners expense.

The resort cannot be responsible for additional vehicles.  the front desk cannot recommend any parking areas on property that do not belong to Landmark.  Each guest must find their own parking for any additional vehicles.

There is, however, a business near the property which has offered parking for a charge.  Please contact the resort for more information.
